What hardware do I need?
All you need is a Windows PC (Windows 10 or 11) running the SignCast app, and one or more TVs that can open a URL in a browser — any Samsung Smart TV, LG WebOS TV, or a TV with a Chromecast/Fire Stick attached will work. No proprietary media players, no dedicated signage hardware, and no additional equipment to purchase.
Does SignCast require an internet connection?
The display itself runs entirely over your local network (LAN) — once the schedule is loaded, your TVs will keep playing even if the internet goes down. An internet connection is only needed when using the AI Ad Designer to generate new designs, and for your subscription to be verified at startup.
How many TVs can I connect?
Unlimited. Every TV on your local network can display your SignCast schedule at the same time, with no per-screen fees or additional charges. Whether you have 2 TVs or 20, it's the same flat monthly price.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, absolutely — cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal with no cancellation fees. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don't believe in locking people in.
Do you offer help with setup?
Email support is included with every subscription. Reach us at hello@signcast.pro and we'll walk you through installation, TV setup, and your first playlist. Most venues are fully live within 30 minutes of downloading the app.
